That's normal. Waist beads are worn for awareness; they help you keep track of your weight changes.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver locally in Lusaka and internationally.
How do I measure my waist?
- Decide where you want them to sit
- Stand naturally
- Measure around that area — use a soft measuring tape, wrap it snugly, not tightly
- No tape? Use a string, mark it, then measure with a ruler
- Confirm your measurement — measure twice to be sure
